Christian Boarding Schools in Burleson, Texas May Not Have the Kind of Expert Therapy that Clearview Horizon Provides Girls Who Have Eating Disorders, Depression, Reactive Attachment Disorders, or Who are Practicing Self-Harm
Clearview Horizon is a Christian boarding school specifically designed for teenage girls with life-controlling issues or misbehavior that may be threatening to their future. Our counselors work best with girls who are acting out or making inappropriate decisions due to emotional issues originating from: major trauma or loss in their life, physical or mental abuse, death of a loved one, or attachment disorders related to adoption. We also specialize in eating disorders and self-harm.
If you have a teenage girl in your home displaying unacceptable behavior or is making destructive choices, Clearview Horizon may be a better option to consider than normal Christian boarding schools that do not have psychotherapists on staff. Fact is, many Christian boarding schools claim to deal with behavioral issues, but few are prepared to handle deeper emotional issues beyond simple teenage rebellion.
Clearview Horizon is located in a beautiful facility in the mountains near the resort town of Sandpoint, Idaho. We are intentionally located in a remote area in order for our resident girls to be far away from former influences, issues and similar surroundings. It also discourages girls from thinking about connecting with friends and leaving our facility.
Christian Therapeutic Boarding School that Turns Self-Destructive Decisions into a Positive Lifestyle for Girls Who Are Struggling
In our Christian boarding school, girls receive an individual treatment plan aligned with their medical, emotional, and psychological needs. Our expert and seasoned counselors care for over 20 girls in our gorgeous mountainside facility that was once a prestigious corporate hunting lodge. Our multi-disciplinary team is dedicated to helping each resident start on a new and more productive path in life. The clinical staff includes a psychiatric specialist, a primary care physician, a dentist, and licensed psychotherapists as well as teachers, mentors and residential care staff.
For spiritual support, residents are given encouragement and instruction by our Christian boarding school staff and participate in chapel services and Bible studies.
Our Christian Boarding School also Features an Accredited School with Full-Time Teachers that Accommodate Each Resident’s Academic Needs, So They Can Return to Home in Burleson, TX With a Quality Education
Young women who are having emotional and behavioral problems tend to be showing little progress in school. Our school is intentionally computer-based, assisted by a certified teacher, so that young women in our care are able to get caught up and even get ahead in their academics while they are at Clearview. We also provide tutoring if needed, and regular academic progress reports are emailed to parents.
