No, Clearview Girls Academy is not a 12-Step Program. However, we do believe in utilizing good advice when we see it. This prayer is not only good advice, but it fills us with hope when we are feeling hopeless.

You Are Exhausted; We Understand

In the Book of Matthew 6:34, Jesus Christ tells us, “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.” For us, this means that it is useless to worry about the future. The future will come soon enough; take care of yourself today.
Understand that you are not going through this alone. A new study published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) conducted by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) found “[T]hat between 2016 and 2020, the number of children ages 3-17 years diagnosed with anxiety grew by 29 percent and those with depression by 27 percent.”
These types of alarming statistics appear to be happening across the entire adolescent mental health spectrum. This is especially true with what we are seeing as the aftereffects of COVID-19 on today’s young women become more widely reported. The message here is that your situation does not have to feel as lonely as it does right now. Others are going through it too. Let us connect you with those other people.
